Amelia is a children's book illustrator based out of Toronto, Canada. She likes drawing nature, outer space and creatures. She works in ink, gouache, watercolour and digital art. Amelia spends her days trying to keep her studio plants alive and remembering to wash her brushes. 

Amelia studied illustration at the Ontario College of Art and Design University (OCADU) and studied Painting & Art History at Queen's University.

When she isn't drawing, Amelia is teaching specializing in accessible, inclusive art classes for youth and teens. 

Amelia's illustrations and writing appears in The Queen's Journal, The Undergraduate Review, The Pigeon, The Kingston Whig-Standard and The Globe and Mail.
